Proactive Labs Limited was formed with the intention of providing bespoke technical solutions for the Travel Trade. Since our formation we have expanded our scope to include clients in the construction industry, haulage and transportation, property management, tourism and the personal grooming & beauty business. We supply market leading computer hardware and software, sourced directly from the I.T. industry’s blue chip companies.
The company owner is Brendan Daly. Brendan has been involved in the ICT sector for over 30 years, initially as a software developer for a major multinational company. Over 20 years ago Brendan founded LASR Technology, a company specialising in providing the Travel Industry with back-office solutions and full ICT support. The formation of Proactive Labs in 2002 marked the move by the company away from bespoke software development and allowed the company to focus in the area of Outsourced ICT & Helpdesk management.
In 2016 we changed our trading name to OutsourcedIT as we felt that our company name should be an obvious reflection of the services we provide. Our new logo is also encompassed within a cloud which denotes our expertise and experience in helping our customers transition to cloud services. While we now have a relatively new name, we still provide the same high levels of support that our customers have come to enjoy. In fact the only real difference is the polo shirts.

Our Remote Support Tool allows us to solve your immediate support issues in an instant. This tool has changed how we deliver our services to you and allows you the benefit of instant response times.
The tool is fast, secure and does not require any firewall openings to work, just your permission. You will also have the security of knowing that once the support session is closed, we cannot connect to your set again until you give permission.
Although there will still be times when you need a physical body in your premises, for most day to day issues Remote Support gets us virtually there in just a few clicks of your mouse.
